South Australian developer, Primespace Projects Pty Ltd, have lodged a Development Application for a 15-storey commercial building in Brisbane’s expanding Fortitude Valley precinct.
Primespace Projects Pty Ltd is a joint venture between the Kambitsis Group and the Simon Chappel Group, who in the past four years have undertaken in excess of $300m of major developments including office buildings, multi-level public car parks, specialist and high security facilities for the federal government and a multi-level retirement village.
The company paid $10.6m for the 2,192 sqm site in mid-2011 and are proposing a 22,000sqm NLA commercial office building on the site with typical floor plates of approximately 1,570sqm NLA.
The development which has been designed by the Buchan Group will aim to achieve a 5 star GBCA Green Star, 5 star NABERS and PCA A-grade ratings.
The site currently comprises of two commercial buildings leased to Lexus and Godfreys respectively.
