Gold Coast developer arrested for stalking Ray White boss

Gold Coast developer Rod Lambert was arrested on Sunday for allegedly stalking Ray White Queensland CEO Peter Camphin.

Mr Lambert is alleged to have also sent him threatening text messages, emails and voicemails over the past 12 months.

The allegations relate to a long running and bitter property dispute between Mr Lambert and former Gold Coast real estate agent Michael Kollosche and the Ray White Group following the sale of a Hedges Ave property.

Mr Lambert alleges that Mr Kollosche provided misleading information which contributed to the sale of a $10 million property.

Kollosche strongly denies any allegations of wrongdoing made against him.

Lambert, who has also launched a website www.donttrustraywhite.com, says he also plans to launch a counter-claim against the Queensland police for intimidation.

Mr Lambert will face court on March 12.
