Metro Property Developments, the private company associated with Devine founder, David Devine has recently received approval for an $80m development in booming South Brisbane.
The Plaza, South Brisbane is a 12-level Diecke Richards-design apartment development located adjacent to Musgrave Park and within walking distance of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and South Bank.
The 2,270 square metre site will feature 168 one- and two-bedroom apartments priced between $330,000 and $575,000.
The development will also feature common facilities including a pool, gymnasium, outdoor dining area and garden reading room.
